Merchant Magic™ Technical Support Contracts
All technical support contracts cover the following:
1. Installation of Merchant Magic™ POS
2. Installation of the APPROVED POS hardware
3. Three Getting Started training sessions for new sites.
4. Covers questions relating to Merchant Magic™ POS and the e4473 kiosk during support hours.
Technical Support Contracts do NOT cover installation of your network or network trouble-shooting, data recovery, or anything not mentioned as covered above. Anything not mentioned above as being covered is NOT covered. The support contract covers support during the following days and hours: Monday -Friday 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST
Additional charges exist for weekends, holidays and when before and after business hours.
Magic Web Maintenance and Suppport
Magic Web support includes training on how to set up the interface between Merchant Magic™ POS and your selected website: Ammoready.com or Big Commerce.
Cervelle Software does NOT set up your website for you. Check with Ammoready or Big Commerce for assistance setting up the actual website.
The Magic Web is an INTERFACE tool that joins Merchant Magic™ POS with one of the two web products: Ammoready or Big Commerce.
The Magic Web uploads inventory quantities FROM Merchant Magic™ to your website. Orders can be downloaded manually or automatically from your Ammoready website into Merchant Magic™.
