Purchase Order Highlights!

Merchant Magic™  has a built-in Purchase Order Utility that allows you to create and FAX purchase orders directly to the vendor.

Merchant Magic™  generates well-organized Purchase Orders and allows you to view all open and closed purchase orders. 

Open purchase orders are updated to reflect any modifications as items are received through the receiving module. 

Receiving Module 

Merchant Magic™  has a built-in Receiving Module that allows you to scan inventory as it is received into your shop and have it automatically update your inventory quantities to reflect the shipment of goods.

 The system creates an entry in the receiving log, so that all transactions can be reviewed if necessary.  The receiving log tracks date received, item description, quantity accepted, quantity rejected, cost, price, vendor, and employee doing the receiving.

 The receiving log is used to calculate how much of a certain item was receiving during a time period, and to help you figure out if the quantity received and sold lead to any shrinkage alerts.
